This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store personal information about individuals who: visit our websites, funnels, landing pages, or web properties; enroll in, access, or participate in our Programs (collectively “Services”); purchase products or services; attend or view recorded coaching sessions, webinars, or events; or otherwise interact with us (each a “User” or “you”). By using our Services, purchasing our offerings, registering for access, or otherwise providing us information, you expressly consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

1. Scope; Acceptance

1.1 This Policy applies to personal information collected by the Company in connection with the Services, whether collected online, by phone, in writing, or in person.

Payment method details as required by third-party processors (e.g., Fanbasis, Whop), billing records, transaction amounts, invoice data. NOTE: We do not directly store full credit card numbers unless required by a processor; payment processors may store that information.

C. Professional & Business Data

Company name, role/title, business address, business website, LinkedIn/profile links, resumes, work history.

D. Account & Usage Data

Login credentials (hashed/encrypted), IP addresses, device identifiers, browser and OS, session logs, pages visited, time on pages, actions taken, Wistia/Fathom/analytics data, course progress, community activity, comments, messages.

E. Communications & Content

Emails, message history, Slack communications, coaching session chat logs, applicant responses, Typeform/Typeform-style quiz results, application answers.

F. Recorded Media

Audio, video, transcripts, screen recordings of coaching calls, webinars, and training sessions; photos or videos you provide; testimonial recordings.

G. User Generated Content

Uploaded files, chat posts, forum posts, reviews, testimonials, images, feedback.

H. Technical & Behavioral Data

Cookies, pixels, tracking identifiers, referral source, advertising identifiers, IP/geo approximate location (city/state level), conversion data, clickstream.

I. Sensitive Personal Data (only if voluntarily provided)

Limited sensitive data if you choose to submit it (e.g., government ID for verification, tax ID for payments, or other identity documents). We do not require sensitive health or race/religion data. If you supply any sensitive data, you expressly consent to its collection and processing.

3. Sources of Information

We collect personal data directly from you (forms, signups, payments, communications), automatically through your interaction with our websites and Services (cookies, analytics), from third parties (payment processors, advertising partners, social platforms, publicly available sources), and from service providers engaged by us (hosting, email delivery, customer support platforms).

To enforce our agreements (including our Terms & Conditions), prevent fraud and abuse, and pursue collections, litigation, or arbitration.

To personalize your experience (recommendations, targeted content).

To respond to legal requests, comply with applicable laws, and defend our legal rights.

To advertise and market our Services (email campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences, analytics).

For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

You expressly authorize us to use your personal data for these purposes. Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, we rely on (a) performance of a contract (to deliver purchased Services), (b) legitimate interests (to operate and improve the business, secure systems, prevent fraud, and market), and (c) consent (for certain marketing communications or optional data uses).

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share personal data with third parties in the following categories:

A. Service Providers & Subprocessors

Payment processors (Fanbasis, Whop, Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, crypto processors), hosting providers, analytics and marketing providers (Google Analytics, Meta, ad partners), video hosting/streaming platforms, email delivery providers, CRM, course platform providers (Notion, Skool), scheduling tools (Calendly), customer support tools, transcription services, and other vendors.

B. Business Transfers

In connection with sale, merger, reorganization, financing, asset sale, or due diligence, your data may be transferred to a successor or related third party.

C. Legal, Safety & Enforcement

To comply with law, respond to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights, or to protect the safety, rights or property of us, our Users, or others.

D. Affiliates & Contractors

With our affiliates, contractors, advisors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf.

E. Marketing & Advertising Partners

For retargeting, ad measurement, lookalike modeling, and campaign optimization.

F. With Your Consent

Where you’ve given permission to share (e.g., testimonials used publicly, or approved referral partners).

We require third parties to maintain reasonable security, confidentiality, and process personal data only pursuant to our instructions.

6. Recordings, Testimonials & Promotional Use

You expressly consent that coaching calls, webinars, group sessions, community interactions, and other Program communications may be recorded, transcribed, and used by the Company for training, quality assurance, and promotional or commercial purposes (including advertisements, social media, testimonials, and case studies) without additional payment or approval unless prohibited by law. If you supply testimonial content or appear on recorded calls, you hereby grant Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and publish that content.

If you object to the commercial use of your image or testimonial, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to or within five (5) business days of participation; however, the Company reserves the right to continue to use existing recordings and content lawfully obtained prior to notice.

7. Payment Data & Chargebacks

We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. We may collect billing and transaction information and store records of transactions. You authorize us to pursue collection rights, including reversing access, accelerating balances, and pursuing legal remedies for chargebacks or disputed payments. You waive the right to chargeback or dispute as set forth in our Terms; however, we will still cooperate with lawful investigations and processor policies as required.

8. Cookies, Tracking & Advertising

We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect usage and device data. Uses include:

Session management and authentication;

Analytics and product improvement;

Advertising and retargeting across networks (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube);

Conversion tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention.

9. Data Retention

Account & transactional data: retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.

Course access logs, course progress: retained while your account is active and for at least three (3) years thereafter.

Marketing consents and preferences: retained until revoked.

Recordings & testimonials: retained indefinitely unless otherwise requested and legally required to remove.

Payment disputes & collections data: retained until resolution and for applicable statute of limitations periods.

We may anonymize data for analytics and product improvement, which is not subject to this Policy.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Examples: access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, limited internal access, and vendor assessments.

Important: No storage or transmission of data can be guaranteed completely secure. By using our Services you acknowledge and accept this risk. If a security incident affects your data, we will comply with applicable breach notification laws.

11. International Transfers

We may revise this Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted to our website and effective on the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

No Guarantee of Anonymity. Participation in public community areas may disclose your username or contributions. You control what you post.

22. Opting Out & Practical Steps

Unsubscribe links in marketing emails will stop marketing communications.

To opt-out of analytics/ads: use your browser settings or ad platform preference managers (e.g., Google Ads Settings, Meta ad settings).

To request deletion, email [email protected]. We will verify and respond in accordance with applicable law.
